Days One Hundred Eighty Seven through One Hundred Ninety Seven

Okay. So this is how I will catch up.

These days were mostly a busy loop which included my daily walk with my friend. I will simply post eleven photographs from these walks which may or may not accurately represent eleven different days. They are all, however from our walks during this period of time…

We had them for the beach yesterday (giant marshmallows and all), but it was very windy and sandy, so we brought them home and made them over the grill today. Mmmm...

Okay... Get Ready!

I'm talking to myself, I'm sure, because I'm not even sure if anyone is still "out there". It's okay. It was personal in the first place.

It's important to state that I have NOT given up on my project, but my images for the last several weeks are waiting on editing. We went through a computer switch, which led to a file switch and and editing program switch, so...
I'm behind on the blog but not on my project.
I plan to spend the next week catching up with all of it.
I think it's gonna be rough, but this is also part of the education I hoped to gain when I started the project in the first place. It will include some bumps and bruises as I sort out the finer points of using Lightroom that I missed in class.

I'm so excited!

Day One Hundred Seventy Three

I spent a morning with my sister-in-law.

I asked if I could take some photographs around her yard because she has really cool stuff and, frankly, I’m a bit tired of seeing my stuff.

She and her family live in a beautiful Victorian-style home, which was built with sweat and tears by her husband. A true romance, really

I love our times together. She is a true friend...
